Australian Poly Solutions specialises in complex Pipeline installations for a variety of industries including, irrigation, civil, industrial/commercial plumbing, marine, mining, CSG and quarry applications throughout Australia.
Most importantly, we accomplish our projects safely, efficiently, while having an absolute commitment to quality and safety.
As a result of recently securing multiple large-scale projects across Australia, we are looking for various team members for our Moranbah & Far North Queensland projects team.
We are looking for qualified/skilled individuals with a background or experience in any or all of the below:
Responsibilities
- Poly Welders with experience in HDPE mainline / fabrication welding (McElroy/Tracstar welder experience advantageous)
- Project pipeline/pipelaying experience (Drainage)
- Trade Assistants with pipe handling / pipe installation experience
- Hydrostatic and/or pneumatic setup, testing and commissioning experience
- Excavator Operators with experience in trenching, installing backfilling and compaction
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years post qualified experience as a Polywelder - Electrofusion & Butt welding of HDPE/Polyethylene Pipe with Dogman/Rigger ticket
- A valid certificate in Polywelding (Butt Weld & Electrofusion) from an accredited institution within 2 years of conclusion date
- Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (within 2 years from issued date)
- Must pass Pre-employment DAS
- Understanding and adherence of all current Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Experience with FIFO lifestyle (2x1 Roster)
- Existing S11 & Coal Board Medical Advantageous
