About the Role ??
Reporting to our Procurement & Logistics Manager, the
Logistics Coordinator
plays a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, movement, and tracking of equipment, tools, and materials across our residential and commercial installation projects.
You'll be the engine room behind job readiness – coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, supporting installers, and keeping the flow of equipment running efficiently through our supply chain.
This role directly impacts our installation success, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing ?
Ordering stock from suppliers
Collecting and processing delivery dockets
Conducting monthly stock takes
Arranging freight collections with 3PL partners
Sourcing competitive freight quotes
Assigning stock to work orders
Coordinating warranty collections
Managing inventory and movements within 3PL warehouses
What You Must Bring ?
Previous administration experience
Experience using Google Sheets or Excel
High attention to detail & accuracy
Strong technology proficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Critical thinking & problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Background in warehousing or logistics
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Qualifications & Experience ?
2+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain coordination
Experience in solar, construction, or electrical industries is highly desirable
Familiarity with warehouse and inventory systems
