This role is the perfect hybrid blend of Business Analyst and Project Officer, and is a great
opportunity to develop your skills in both areas and see your career really take off to new
heights. This is an exceptionally exciting role, particularly if you never felt like you strictly fit the mould for a BA or Project Officer before. We know it takes a specific set of skills to do either role, and we're hunting for the unicorn that can do a bit of both
With consistent incoming project requests, this role will guide our client's requirement through
the initial phases of the discovery phase and help determine the project validation within our
Shared Service environment.
From facilitating workshops and project discovery workshops to following and record process flows and engagement plans - we promise you will never be bored

- Enjoy liaising with clients and documenting client requirements
- Have a strong interest in ICT infrastructure
- Have a driven nature to get tasks completed
- Have regular achievements to celebrate each month as projects comes to fruition
**What will your day involve?**
- Investigate problems, analyse options, and provide recommendations for new and existing services, new initiatives, strategies, and products to improve compliance, effectiveness and to address risks.
- Review and propose business improvements and contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational consistency and adoption of best practice.
- Identify, analyse, and translate business processes, technical functions, and a broad range of data from disparate datasets into meaningful insights to identify valuable opportunities to enhance business performance.
- Investigate problems, analyse options, and provide recommendations for new and existing services, new initiatives, strategies, and products to improve compliance, effectiveness and to address risks.
- Deliver targeted data driven insights into the underlying drivers of commercial outcomes to translate complex analysis into meaningful insights and develop appropriate recommendations to support decision making.
- Manage and monitor relationships with, and between, stakeholders to engage with users to understand and analyse solutions to business problems, collate needs and research fit for purpose solutions.
- Review and propose business improvements and contribute to the development, facilitation, coordination and communication of initiatives and strategies to ensure organisational consistency and adoption of best practice.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to gain/maintain specialist and business knowledge and to facilitate scoping and setting of business priorities.

- Competitive salary range $101,947 - $112,849 p.a + super, commensurate with experience plus access to salary packaging. Don't forget 17.5% leave loading
