In this role you will:
* Lead execution of Axis' strategic and operational priorities across the business.
* Oversee delivery of occupational health, injury prevention and wellbeing services at scale, ensuring workforce planning supports sustainable delivery.
* Provide ongoing mentoring and support for both direct and indirect leads, supporting the capability and confidence of the Axis leadership team.
* Develop annual budgets and reforecasts to support the delivery of Axis' strategic objectives, using financial targets to drive continual process improvement.
* Strengthen existing and new customer relationships and partnerships, driving retention, growth and reputation.
* Foster a strong, aligned culture that reflects Axis values and delivers engagement outcomes.
* Enhance Axis' reputation as a market leader in workplace health and wellbeing.

You will bring the following:
* Proven senior leadership experience (minimum 5+ years, including executive exposure).
* Post‐graduate qualifications in Business Administration, Commerce or equivalent.
* Leadership experience in healthcare or human services industries, doesn't need to be as a clinician.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing and delivering against budget.
* Exceptional ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and clients.
* Demonstrated success in driving growth, partnerships and customer outcomes.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical capability.
