**State Sales Manager (QLD)**
- Achieving monthly and year Sales targets for QLD.
- Maintaining and updating administration documentation and customer information.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Contribute to formulation of Qld sales Business Plan and marketing strategy.
- Planning and budgeting of Qld travel, entertainment expenditure.
- Recruiting, managing, training and motivating direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policies and employment law.
- Retain and develop relevant product knowledge, techniques and sales management skills to improve sales performance.
- Plan and manage Sales Area Manager by coaching and developing in joint calls to customers, ensuring feedback for growth.
- Plan and implement state sales and marketing strategies.
- Launch / implementation / create markets for new products.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Manage, respond and follow up on all sales enquiries and quotations.
- Plan and conduct product training with distributors and end users.
- Plan, manage and conduct marketing activities, including trailer demonstration days with customers.
- Plan and manage existing and new distributor sales development.
- Maintain and develop Customer, End User and Competitor data.
- Submitting a monthly report on all aspects of Qld sales department.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- 5 years + experience with similar role
- Excellence communication skill in English
- Motivation for sales
- Team leadership and management skills
- Territory management
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus
- Previous sales and management experience
- Experience using sales tracking software
