You will be providing strategic contracting and procurement support to internal stakeholders and ensuring efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Support capital works programs, including minor capital, maintenance, and major projects.Assist in project controls for cost, quality, and scheduling.Develop and manage "fit for purpose" contracts.Lead sourcing, evaluation, and contract awards.Administer contracts post-award, including claims, variations, and milestone payments.Develop sourcing and category plans aligned with ESG and supply security needs.Engage with suppliers and drive category improvements within the maintenance and construction space.Utilize ERP and Vendor Management systems.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Degree in construction, business, commerce, quantity surveying, law, or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience contract management (construction and/or maintenance contracts experience required)Experience in construction and infrastructure contract administration.Knowledge of category management, procurement strategies, and contract negotiation.Proficiency in ERP systemsStrong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.Strong contract administration and negotiation skills.Ability to enhance procurement processes.Excellent written and verbal communication.High integrity, accountability, and commitment to safeLike to know more?
