Role
As a Digital Technology Specialist, you will drive technology implementation and support Sime Darby Motors businesses with application software and business processes, enabling informed decisions, improving productivity, and accelerating digitalisation.
Responsibilities
* Define and manage requirements for technology solutions.
* Automate business processes using platforms such as Power Automate.
* Develop dashboards and reports with Power BI.
* Apply data analytics, visualisation, and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in BI solutions and data analytics (Power BI expertise essential).
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and process automation platforms.
* Hands‐on experience with data science and machine learning techniques.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions.
* Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Experience in the automotive industry or consulting is a plus.
