You'll have: Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Current WA WWCC Valid Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificate Sound knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies Maintain high standards for the centre's appearance and work practices.
Manage staff and create efficient rosters.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to all team members.
Ensure educators deliver excellent early learning programs that meet high standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, families, children, and the local community.
