Findex are currently looking for experienced public practice professionals to join our team in Bairnsdale
We are open to considering candidates at Senior Accountant, Manager or Senior Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build a long-lasting career with opportunities for development and a structured career development pathway to Partnership.
Your role, your contribution
* Review complex special purpose reports, annual financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
* Prepare cash flows and monthly management reports for clients
* Provide strategic business advice for clients and get involved with commercial advisory projects with experienced partners
* Mentor and coach junior team members

* Public practice experience and ability to lead & support others
* CA or CPA qualified or be working towards this (dependent on level)
* Strong commercial acumen with sound technical accounting and analytical skills
* Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients
* Strong cloud accounting product knowledge (i.e. Xero, MYOB, Excel)
* Fantastic people skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion for accounting and business advisory services
