Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders, quotations, and pricing queries
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
Assist with reporting, forecasting, and general sales administration
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
About You
Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial sectors
Strong communication and organisation skills, with high attention to detail
Confident managing competing priorities in a busy environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerBI and ERP/CRM systems
