Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:Project CoordinationCoordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish. Ensure full compliance and workforce coverage across sites. Oversee equipment supply and logistics in line with project requirements and contractual obligations.Workforce Planning & RosteringMonitor resource availability and adjust rosters for leave, shift changes, or site priorities. Manage ongoing and shutdown rosters in line with project schedules.Personnel & Stakeholder EngagementMaintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, site teams, and clients. Support performance monitoring, training, PPE, and leave scheduling/coverage.Systems & ComplianceUse mobilisation and project coordination systems to track qualifications and workforce data. Ensure site/client requirements are met and escalate issues where required.Timesheets & PayrollReview & process timesheets timely and accurately. Provide reporting and keep records up to date.Process ImprovementIdentify operational inefficiencies and propose system improvements. Action feedback from site teams and support implementation of system improvements.Day-to-Day Duties:Roster management and scheduling coordination, ensuring adequate workforce coverage across all sites.Maintain documentation, site-readiness checklists, and project schedules.Track qualifications, certifications, and site access requirements for compliance.Support site teams and attend site visits as needed.Additional Duties:Maintain awareness of mobilisation processes and support where required.Assist with broader operational tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with other departments to support broader service needs.What We’re Looking For:3+ years' experience in workforce mobilisation or project coordination.Great organisational skills and attention to detail.Solutions-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.Confident communicator and team collaborator.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ready to make an impact in a purpose-driven organisation?
