Senior Clinical Psychologist Position
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, with extensive experience in assessment, intervention, and evaluation of clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct client services and clinical education to train and supervise students, Clinical Registrars, and other healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with the Director to develop and improve clinical management policies and procedures, as well as quality outcomes from our services.
Requirements:
* Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology.
* No less than five years full-time duration (or part-time equivalent) of postgraduate experience.
* Evidence of meeting annual requirements for professional development.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to provide supervision to students as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including realignment of work practices toward organisational objectives.
