**The role**:
You will be responsible for assisting the Operations and Property Management team with all their Administration & general office duties from the reception desk.
- Directing calls & messages
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Be the face of the company
- Administration Support for Property Management & Operations team
- Keeping Reception area neat & tidy
- Organising mail, scanning & filing
- RARE Monday - Friday reception role
**About you**:
- **Must have Real Estate experience**:
- **CURRENT Certificate of registration - essential**:
- Excellent phone manner
- Confidence in the above duties & responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & work as part of a team
- Professional presentation & motivated attitude
