We're looking for a dedicated Corporate Governance Coordinator to join our supportive team in promoting excellence in governance and compliance. You’ll bring an in-depth understanding of best practice corporate governance principles in Australia, be detail-oriented and possess exceptional organisational skills - ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and professionalism. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our governance operations. You'll support the management and administration of good governance practices, ensuring our organisation complies with constitutions, the Corporations Act and other requirements. * Provide business support to Committees, Company Secretary and Executive. * Manage governance projects within scope, budget, and deadlines; maintain policies and frameworks. * Work closely with the Company Secretary to maintain all registers and manage elections and nominations. * Provide Committee and Annual General Meeting support including attending and assisting with agenda preparation meetings, preparing meeting packs and taking accurate minutes. * Support Committee and Board processes for performance reviews, composition, renewal, succession, recruitment, induction, and professional development. What do you need to bring? * A Bachelor's degree in laws or legal studies with at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in any business field with 5+ years of experience in a senior office administration role. * AICD Director’s Course (desirable). * Demonstrated experience in a governance administration role (highly desirable). * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders. * Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism in all written communication. * Ability to work independently, managing your workload efficiently under pressure.
