What you'll be doing
As our Financial Analysis & Systems Manager, you'll bring together your FP&A expertise and your systems knowhow to drive high quality reporting, insights and performance uplift across the Group.‑how to drive high‑quality reporting, insights and performance uplift across the Group.
This role plays a key part in shaping the future of our financial systems—owning the delivery, development and optimisation of our EPM (OneStream) environment, supporting business performance, ensuring strong governance, and enabling accurate, timely and meaningful reporting.
Your work will directly support decision making across the business, helping us deliver on our commitment to build the airline Australians love.
A snapshot of what you'll lead:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support month-end, half-year, year-end and Group-wide budget and forecast cycles
Contribute to Board, ELT and leadership reporting
Prepare analysis and commentary to support performance insights
Partner with Group Reporting on statutory reporting inputs
System Support & Development (OneStream / EPM)
Provide backup support to the OneStream expert and lead troubleshooting
Design, build, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards and system processes
Manage documentation, user support, training and administration
Support upgrades, enhancements and governance
Drive automation and AI adoption to uplift efficiency
Performance Reporting Enablement
Act as the FP&A SME for OneStream
Identify and execute process improvements across FP&A
Lead the OneStream user group and prioritise system enhancements
Ensure accuracy, standardisation and improved data flows
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong partnerships across Finance and the broader business
Lead cross-functional working groups and drive alignment
Gather and action feedback from key stakeholders

Essential experience & qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting or similar
CA/CPA qualification or equivalent
Significant experience in finance business partnering and FP&A leadership
Strong track record delivering monthly reporting and CFO/ELT presentations
Demonstrated process improvement and change management capability
Experience supporting senior leaders and engaging with external stakeholders
Strong systems capability and analytical problem-solving skills
Desirable
Leadership experience
EPM systems exposure (OneStream highly regarded)
Experience in large, complex or ASX listed environments‑listed environments
Airline industry experience
Experience designing, implementing and supporting finance systems
Skills in Power BI, Power Query or MS Access
