About the Role:
The Australian Stores team seeks a proactive, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the AU Stores Leadership Team based in Sydney.
This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders inside and outside the organization is essential. A good sense of humor is critical, as is the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling, managing complete travel plans/itineraries, managing social events for the AU Stores business, tracking and driving completion of key deliverables, working closely with the leadership team and our business partners, and partnering with other assistants throughout the team and across the company.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
