* Prepare and cook menu items to Little Loaf's quality and presentation standards
* Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and food quality
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety (Food Safety & HACCP)
* Assist with menu preparation and daily specials
* Manage prep, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage
* Work efficiently during busy service periods
* Follow all kitchen procedures and workplace safety guidelines
* Support team members and maintain a positive kitchen environment
