B2B Operations Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a practical, organised, and solutions-focused B2B Operations Co-ordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations and our new B2B shop front.
This is a hands-on leadership role that sits at the centre of our business. You will oversee stock flow, order fulfilment, workplace safety, cleanliness and organisation, support B2B customers, coordinate delivery drivers, and contribute to sales through customer engagement and upselling.
This role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on approach, leads by example, and takes pride in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Prior warehousing experience is not essential.
We are seeking the right person with:

You will also possess a high level of computer proficiency, including experience with Outlook, Excel, and other commonly used business software, and show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
Must have residency in Launceston Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Operations
* Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
* Receive, check, and organise incoming stock
* Monitor stock levels and place supplier orders as required
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the warehouse
* Ensure efficient layout, storage, and workflow
Health, Safety & Compliance
* Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards
* Ensure safe manual handling, storage, and use of equipment
* Identify hazards and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment
B2B Shop Front & Sales Support
* Support B2B customers in person, by phone, and via email
* Assist with sales of furniture, printers, education products and other related products
* Identify opportunities to upsell and recommend complementary products
* Ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and professional service
Delivery & Team Coordination
* Coordinate and support delivery drivers
* Schedule deliveries and ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time
* Assist in resolving delivery, stock, or customer issues
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
* Take ownership of daily operations and problem-solving
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements
* Support clear communication between warehouse, sales, and delivery functions
About You
You are organised, reliable, and take pride in running a safe, clean, and efficient workplace. You are comfortable juggling tasks, supporting customers, and stepping in wherever needed.
You will ideally have:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A sound understanding of workplace health and safety
* Confidence coordinating people, priorities, and processes
* Customer service and basic sales or upselling experience
* Clear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* A valid driver's licence (preferred)
* WWVP check is a must
