Talent Engagement Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Engagement Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to drive our engagement strategy. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to identify training needs and develop effective development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HQ and Operations Directors to create comprehensive development programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.
* Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and satisfaction.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ, working closely with key stakeholders to design and deliver regular learning and development sessions.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
* Champion DEIB initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce culture.
* Collaborate with HR and senior management to develop and implement DEIB strategies and policies.
Cultural Development & Sustainability
* Lead cultural development initiatives to support community engagement and social impact.
* Develop and implement sustainability programs to promote environmental responsibility within the organization.
Global Collaboration
* Work closely with our international team to support our success in embracing innovation, process, and workflow tools to deliver overall business objectives.
