About the Role
We are seeking talented and values-driven Casual Sales Assistants to support day-to-day operations at our stores in and around Townsville.
* Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
* Sort, price and prepare donations for sale;
* Assist in the development and coordination visual merchandising and store presentation;
* Provide exceptional Customer Service;
* Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure;
* Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
* Demonstrate TSA core values in all work-related activities.
About You
We are looking for individuals with:
* Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential;
* Strong customer service skills;
* Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results;
* Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity;
* High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
* Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
