About The Role
As a Sports Trading Operator within the Golf Trading team, you'll play a key role in delivering operational trading excellence for our global golf betting offering. Sitting within Risk, Value and Trading, this role supports the Golf trading function across Melbourne and Dublin as part of Flutter's 24/7 follow‐the‐sun operating model. Reporting to the Team Lead – Group Sports, you will work day to day with Golf Traders, using proprietary models, managing live golf events, monitoring risk, and collaborating with global teams to drive strong performance, consistency, and long‐term success across Golf products.
Responsibilities Include:
* Support the Golf trading team by utilising proprietary models to manage pre‐match and live price efficiency
* Manage live golf events in real time, applying analytical judgement to support risk management
* Monitor and manage exposure across Golf markets in collaboration with risk teams
* Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of Golf betting products
* Set, track, and report on service level agreements and key performance indicators for Golf trading operations
* Deliver performance insights and support regular reporting for the Golf portfolio
* Collaborate closely with global trading teams to share best practice and improve Golf trading outcomes
