We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking catering attendant to join our client's industrial catering team located in Adelaide's western suburbs. Your role will involve the preparation and plating of meals, make up of equipment and general packing duties, all in a safe manner to client standards and specifications. This role offers the opportunity for ongoing and regular work, as well as onsite parking, full uniform and a meal provided in a clean and inclusive working environment.
Duties
* Sorting and packing of catering equipment
* Fast paced food preparation tasks
* Repetitive manual handling
* General cleaning
Qualifications & Requirements
* Recent and relevant experience in food manufacturing environments
* Proven understanding of food hygiene practices and quality activity
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Ability to pass a full medical and national police clearance
* Flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts across a 7-day roster
* Reliable car and license
* Full working rights and availability
* Proven reliability and work ethic
* Initiative and passion
Applicants please note that this role does not count towards the 88 days working requirements for a Working Holiday Visa.
