Procurement Coordinator Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
* Manage materials and coordinate receipting processes in accordance with project standards and procedures.
* Coordinate packaging and dispatch of work pack equipment as per project requirements.
* Register materials and equipment orders in asset databases and ensure quality reports are completed accurately.
* Support the Quality team with audits and documentation, maintaining a high level of integrity.
* Assist with offshore logistics bookings during peak periods, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation for seamless auditing.
About You
* Prior experience in procurement, materials ordering, and receipting is essential.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand product specifications is crucial.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proficiency in SAP and Aconex is highly regarded.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills are necessary for success.
* A positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision are key attributes.
