As an Administration Officer with the Child, Youth and Families Division, you will be at the heart of a service that supports children and families across Western NSW. This role is more than administration – it is fast‐paced, meaningful work that keeps teams connected, services running smoothly and vital care on track.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate schedules and manage communications to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
* Coordinate referral intake, working with stakeholders to connect families with the care they need.
* Maintain orderly operations and serve as the calm, capable centre of a busy team.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‐solving, and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
