You'll be creating nutritious, high-quality meals that make a difference to patients every day.You'll deliver a food service that meets all Food Safety Act requirements while whipping up menus tailored to a range of dietary needs. Work closely with Allied Health professionals like speech pathologists and dietitians to make sure every meal is spot on. Your days will be fast paced but satisfying, as you keep everything on schedule, maintain top hygiene and quality standards, and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen is just right.You'll also step into a leadership role by supervising support staff, managing stock orders and helping with rosters. On top of that, you'll contribute ideas to improve how the kitchen runs, because fresh thinking is always on the menu.
