Job Description
Our highly skilled multidisciplinary team requires an experienced Speech Pathologist based in the Ballarat area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting our clients living in Ballarat and surrounding locations.
We have the capacity to provide a full-time or part-time position for the right person who will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting our team to be thriving clinicians who love what they do.

About the Role
Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
Assessing clients’ communication and/or swallowing function and capacity using clinical observations and standardized assessments
Recommending Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence
About You
Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
Strive for continuous improvement of practices and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with stakeholders
Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
Qualifications
Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist
Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
