Full-time Customer Care Consultant position in Kwinana WA. You will be part of a friendly team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
* Completing administrative tasks to support customer care operations
* Striving for first-contact resolution and meeting service level targets
* Contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team culture

What You\'ll Bring
* Previous experience in customer service or support
* A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
* Bonus: Experience in industrial supply or trade environments
