About the Role: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee digital strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing results-driven marketing programs, with a creative flair for customer acquisition and retention. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media, tailored to the gambling industry. Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive ROI Manage content production and partnerships to ensure high-quality, engaging material aligns with brand standards. Collaborate with analytics teams to predict performance trends and harness AI-enhanced tools for data-driven decision-making Drive customer acquisition initiatives through targeted campaigns and evaluate success using KPIs related to traffic, conversions, and player engagement. Stay up to date with compliance regulations in gambling marketing and ensure adherence to industry guidelines. Partner with creative teams to develop tailored messages that resonate with diverse gambling audiences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gambling, gaming, or entertainment industry. Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and email marketing tools. Strong knowledge of industry trends, compliance requirements, and customer acquisition strategies in the gambling sector. Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign personalization and efficiency Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate into actionable insights. Creative thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and partnerships.
