About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Executive Chef (or long‐term Head Chef/Group Head Chef ready to take the next step in their career) to lead our multi‐venue kitchen operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all back‐of‐house operations including menu development, food production, kitchen management, cost control and team leadership.
A key focus of this role will be playing a lead role in the development and launch of further infrastructure, working closely with the leadership team to establish a high‐performing culinary operation from the ground up.
This is a hands‐on leadership role ideal for an experienced senior chef with a background in high‐volume hospitality venues, large‐scale kitchens or multi‐site operations, who is excited by the opportunity to shape and influence a growing, multi‐venue environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage kitchen operations across multiple venues
Drive menu development, innovation and seasonal menu planning
Oversee food quality, consistency and presentation standards
Manage food costs, labour costs, budgeting and P&L performance
Implement strong kitchen systems, processes and operational efficiencies
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, OH&S and industry regulations
Recruit, train and develop high‐performing kitchen teams and senior chefs
Collaborate with venue leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Oversee functions, events and high‐volume service delivery
About You
5+ years' experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef or Group Chef in a high‐volume hospitality environment
Proven experience managing multi‐venue or large‐scale kitchen operations
Strong financial acumen including cost control, budgeting and forecasting
Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing large teams
Passion for food trends, menu innovation and quality‐driven service
Excellent organisational, communication and problem‐solving skills
Qualifications
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (essential)
First Aid (highly regarded, but not essential)
