**Are you our next dedicated seafood tour guide?**
If so, you will:
- Review, refine and administer the guided tours offered to consumers and industry customers, creating consistently memorable and informative experiences
- Provide tailored educational and engaging experiences to all visitors either onsite or online via social media content
- Utilise your knowledge to create species information guides and run face to face seafood information sessions
- Support Sydney Seafood School by providing seafood expertise and presenting relevant content during cooking classes
- Manage relationships with key fishers' co-operatives and supplier partners, identifying educational needs and delivering solutions
- Represent Sydney Fish Market in an informed manner, showing the highest level of customer service when answering general customer and seafood related questions
- Comply with the Company's QHSE policies and programs
Your experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a professional guiding or presenting role
- Strong knowledge of seafood and the seafood industry
- Excellent public speaking
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
