Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
* Prepare accurate quotes for customers.
* Undertake pick‐pack and stock control activities.
* Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop‐floor displays, and ensure accurate information.
* Computer literacy and willingness to learn current systems.
* Clean, valid driver's licence and flexibility for various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career within the network or head office.
