We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Public Sector Team at Marsh Australia. This role will be based in our Hobart, TAS office.
Job Description
JLT acts as the Fund Administration Agent (FAA) for the Tasmanian Risk Management Fund, providing a comprehensive approach to managing insurable liabilities of inner Budget agencies. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services through effective claims management and executive account stewardship.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of workers' compensation claims from lodgment to finalisation.
* Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution.
* Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures.
* Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively.
* Collaborate with the in-house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes.
Your Skills and Experience
* 2-3 years' experience in the workers compensation industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously within a multi-skilled team.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and possess good time management skills.
