About The Role
The Availability Manager supports the delivery of availability through end‑to‑end inventory routines, ensuring products are always available for customers to buy. You focus on embedding strong and consistent processes and routines, making our stores easy to shop in with easy‑to‑find products that are well merchandised with clear value.
Working Hours
Roster option 1: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
What You’ll Do
* Focus on improving the capability of your team through coaching and empowerment
* Engage and communicate with your team through change, explaining the why, not just the what
* Plan the daily stock‑fill plan for all departments
* Maintain accurate stock‑on‑hand information by ensuring inventory routines are executed
* Ensure back‑of‑house routines and maintenance are in place so the area is tidy and safe
* Receipt and dispatch of goods and loads
What You’ll Bring
* Use data & insights to drive decision making for team, customer and performance metrics
* Have strong planning capability and the ability to embed structured processes and routines
* Availability to work a flexible roster which may include evenings, late nights, and all 7 days of the week
