Golding are seeking an experienced Boilermakers for a permanent position within the Maintenance team at South Walker Creek Mine, just 1.5 hours from Mackay. With a strong partnership in place with our client Stanmore, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing project that has recently secured a five-year contract extension until 2031.
This role operates on a 7/7 roster, rotating day and night shifts. Accommodation, meals, and bus transport between camp and site are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct repairs and inspections on Mobile Mining Equipment (truck bodies, dozer blades, and trays).
* Engage in general metal fabrication, equipment design, and modification.
* Carry out routine workshop and field servicing of all equipment.
* Efficiently handle all maintenance-related administrative tasks.
* Ensure adherence to all safety management system requirements as applicable to your work.
Role Requirements
* Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
* Demonstrated experience with heavy mobile earthmoving equipment in a production mining environment.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Valid Driver’s Licence
* Current Standard 11
* Ability to pass a Coal Board Medical, Functional Capacity Assessment, and Drug & Alcohol screening.
