Daily Responsibilities:
* Lead civil work on various projects including road design and urban precinct planning for government and private clients.
* Act as Project Manager/Technical Lead on multiple projects including proposal writing and bidding for civil infrastructure projects.
* Collaborate with engineers across Australia to deliver transport design services on numerous transport infrastructure projects.
* Assume Team Leader responsibilities managing junior team members and financial reporting on projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with relevant professional certifications.
* At least 12 years of experience in consultancy, local Council or State Government Department.
* Extensive experience in design and/or project management of state government or local council civil infrastructure and transport projects.
* Proven knowledge of Australian Standards.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively at internal and external levels.
