Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome patients with kindness and professionalism
* Manage incoming enquiries, bookings, and calendar organization
* Process payments and support patient billing
* Assist the Exercise Physiology team with clinical documentation and file management
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires someone who is warm, empathetic, organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced medical reception environment. You should be able to connect with patients on an emotional level, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks with ease.
