Our ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining integrity across financial systems, and delivering meaningful insights to drive decision-making across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, maintaining general ledger accuracy through journal entry review and approvals, reconciling balance sheet accounts and stock movements across sites, and ensuring inventory and budgetary adjustments are reflected appropriately.
The key performance outputs include:
* Preparing detailed financial reports
* Maintaining the general ledger and reconciliations
* Working with fixed assets and inventory systems
* Supporting audits and tax compliance
Requirements:
The minimum education/qualification/experience requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (mandatory)
* CA or CPA qualified, or currently enrolled and progressing toward certification (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a financial accounting or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Functional / Technical Skills:
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
* Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
