Reporting to the Change & Business Readiness Lead, the **Change Manager** will lead on the detailed design and change management for areas of our client's target operating model, driving organizational effectiveness within defined areas of our Transformation work streams. This is a 6 months contract working hybrid with occasional travel to our client's head office.
The role will entail shaping and overseeing project plans and support the delivery of business case outcomes. This role will work closely with the Transformation Management Office to provide insight and timely reporting across various projects.
This role will partner with impacted teams to shape the future state ways of working and organisational design, as well as working with stakeholders to safely land and embed changes. It will develop excellent working relationships with change enabling roles, including Communications, Learning & Development, Finance, the Transformation Management Office and Change Agents to prepare for and embed improvements to our value chains.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
**Essential**
- Demonstrable experience leading operating model improvements, including facilitating detailed design workshops and outcome.
- A 'hands on' approach to foster business-led change and truly understand operational challenges in making change happen across multiple work streams.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to use effectively in stakeholder engagement.
- Evidence of ensuring all elements of organizational design is in place with experience of stress testing methodology.
- Experience in leading change management plans with a customer focused lens
- including partnering with change enabling roles to deliver comms, engagement and business readiness activities ahead of launch.
- Evidence of sustaining change when delivering complex organizational changes
- Experience in creating and managing project plans and RAID logs using best practice toolkits
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Outcome focussed with experience creating business cases and employing benefits tracking
**Desirable**
- Preference of experience delivering change through a recognised change management methodology
- Target operating model project experience
- Story-telling - able to translate complex organisational change to gain support with audiences at all levels
- Experience in working within different delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, Lean
