Head Chef for Liveaboard Vessels

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring that all meals are prepared and served to a high standard. To achieve this, you will lead a team of cooks, manage food inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.


About You

* You should have extensive experience in commercial kitchen management, preferably in a similar role.
* You must possess knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
* A Safe Food Handling certificate or qualification is required.

* You will oversee meal planning and coordination, ensuring variety and dietary suitability.
* Manage the kitchen team to prepare and serve meals safely and hygienically.
