Team Lead Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual to fill the role of Team Lead.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting customers, guiding them through the process.
* Manage day-to-day tasks autonomously, with little supervision.
* Supervise staff and delegate tasks effectively.
* Prepare food and follow food safety procedures.
* Clean and organize the store on a daily basis.
* Manage and motivate team members.
* Clean and maintain machines and equipment.
* Handle cash transactions and balance at the end of the shift.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Natural leadership skills.
* Able to take direction and have the initiative to take control when needed.
* Familiarity with point of sales systems and ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
* Able to accurately count cash and balance at the end of each shift.
