**Job Title:** Maintenance Services Representative Lead
About the Job:
This position is responsible for providing lead support at designated locations.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop a work schedule that meets customer needs, with monthly updates.
o Lead technicians in their daily maintenance activities.
o Schedule daily maintenance tasks.
* Aircraft and Electronics Support:
o Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on aircraft equipment.
o Conduct troubleshooting and testing of electronic assemblies and units.
o Remove and replace electronic assemblies, units, or cabling while installed in the aircraft.
o Build customer satisfaction by identifying, tracking, and resolving technical issues.
o Act as a liaison between operations and departments.
o Contribute to the resolution of in-fleet problems.
o Develop and maintain knowledge of products, testers, harnesses, and associated equipment.
* Training and Documentation:
o Perform daily data entry tasks and administrative duties.
o Train personnel on aircraft systems.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3-5 years related industry experience preferred.
* Appropriate academic/technical qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing.
* Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
* Airline operations and 24/7 technical support experience highly desired.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Read, comprehend, and follow instructions, procedures, blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and verbal instructions in English.
* Demonstrated ability to lead others.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Advanced background and knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work in high-stress environments.
* Independently resolve issues and make recommendations for new procedures.
