Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations inthe Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital andhealth services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland todeliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support acrossthe state.

You will lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team that blends clinical insight with professional expertise to solve strategic challenges and reimagine how care is delivered across Children's Health Queensland (CHQ). Your leadership will foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, trust, and high performance—empowering your team to drive meaningful change.

You will play a pivotal leadership role in a team that shapes CHQ's future readiness by designing and delivering impactful service improvements, innovation, and building capability across both acute and community settings. You'll champion flexible, outcome-focused ways of working, using a matrixed model to harness the full potential of your team.

Reporting to the Director of Transformation and Innovation, you'll collaborate with leaders across CHQ and partner with stakeholders from community, government, and non-government sectors to enable integrated, person-centred healthcare.

Your leadership will be grounded in empathy, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning—creating the conditions for experimentation, growth, and genuine transformation.
