Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and records management functions within a dynamic team environment.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
* Process and receipt payments, reconcile daily takings with cash receipting reports, and prepare and process daily banking transactions.
* Deliver efficient and effective records management services by managing incoming correspondence, both paper and digital.
* Ensure the records management system is maintained, updated, and accessible in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Contribute to providing high-quality research and information retrieval services.
* Assist with processing Freedom of Information requests, adhering to relevant legislation and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires:
* A Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
* Suitable relevant experience in a similar position.
* A current unrestricted WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
Candidates should possess:
* Developed customer service skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management skills.
* Proven experience in using Microsoft Office products.
