About The Role
Position: Team Leader, Support Service Administration (Full‐time, Permanent). Closing date: 28/06/2026. Location: Albury Wodonga, Victoria.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise the administrative services staff on a day‐to‐day basis.
* Work closely with the Support Services Leadership team to allocate duties and give direction to staff.
* Ensure daily activities are conducted efficiently and maintain a proactive approach to front line customer service.
* Develop procedure manuals and participate in training to fully understand the team's tasks.
* Manage adequate leave cover for the department.
* Serve as a leader and mentor within the Specialist Outpatients clinics.
Qualifications and Skills
* Self‐motivated with strong problem‐solving abilities.
* Demonstrated capability to develop and implement administrative procedures.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
* Appointments are contingent on satisfactory pre‐employment checks, including a Criminal Record check and Working with Children check.
* Healthcare workers must maintain all vaccinations required by relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, or their specific role.
* Completion of mandatory COVID‐19 and seasonal influenza vaccinations is strongly encouraged.
