**What you will be working on**:
Due to internal movement, we are currently recruiting for a Brand Manager - Commercial reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager - Commercial, supporting the broader marketing team and develop brand strategies and brand communication that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for the brand portfolios of Empire, AEG Powertools and Kango Brands.

**What your day-to-day looks like**:

- No 2 days will look the same as you activate 3 high-growth brands across a broad range of marketing channels, with responsibilities including:

- Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager on setting media channel strategy, campaign strategy & management of cross-functional team to execute.
- Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager on brand planning process & setting portfolio priorities.
- Owning the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for New Product Launches, including reporting and optimisation.
- Brand Content Lead, responsible for developing engaging content that boosts consideration with trade customers.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Events Specialist on events strategy & execution.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing or equivalent.
- 3-5 years' experience in brand marketing, brand management, product marketing
- Strong marketing experience building or managing a portfolio of brands, with an understanding of the platforms, channels and strategies that reach target audiences and drive brand performance.
- Sound commercial acumen with the ability to identify commercial drivers and understand the competitive landscape to drive customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical organisational and personal influence skills.
