Key Responsibilities Lead and manage operations across multiple regional branches, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Supervise and develop site teams, including drivers and administrative personnel. Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and fleet operations across all sites. Implement operational procedures to maintain safety, compliance, and efficiency. Manage budgets, reporting, and performance metrics for each site. Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery excellence.
