Focusing on client satisfaction, this individual will be responsible for managing client relations, communications, and new client onboarding with efficiency and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster strong client relationships through exceptional communication and rapport-building skills.
* Manage client relations, communications, and new client onboarding with attention to detail and deadlines.
* Database management, including tax return and BAS lodgements, ATO correspondence, and HR processes.
* Oversee compliance deadlines, ensuring timely lodgements and payments.
* Perform general administration duties as required.
Requirements:
* Hold experience in a similar role within an accounting, legal, or professional services environment.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a drive to meet deadlines.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive outlook, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
* Show the ability to organize and manage time-critical tasks and administration projects.
* Possess high-level knowledge of general administration and customer service protocols, processes, and systems.
* Maintain a professional presentation suitable for an office environment.
* Have a good understanding of Microsoft packages and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
