Healthcare Professional Opportunity
This is a permanent part-time nursing position available within a dynamic and innovative service. The role includes home visiting, providing child health checks, psychosocial, and domestic violence screening, as well as facilitating groups.
The successful applicant will be provided with comprehensive orientation and the opportunity to develop extended skills in areas such as project management, education, and advanced clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to children and their families.
* Conduct home visits to assess and promote the health and wellbeing of children.
* Facilitate groups to support families and provide education on healthy practices.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal health outcomes for children and their families.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in one of seven centres located in the Lower Northshore and Ryde.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated understanding of the principles and practices used when providing health services to families in their homes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and other professionals both verbally and written.
* Understanding of the principles of primary health care in the context of Child and Family Health Nursing.
