Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to drive company growth and development.
This role involves supporting founders in scaling a global team, building effective talent recruitment pipelines, and overseeing HR functions to support the company's growth trajectory.
* HR Operations:
o Oversee all HR functions including people operations, onboarding, employee administrative support, compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Recruitment:
o Implement recruiting pipelines across the organization by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
* Compensation and Benefits:
o Track performance and calibrate pay & benefits to ensure equity and fairness.
* Special Events:
o Plan internal and community events such as workshops, hackathons, and conferences to build our brand among top-tier talent.
* Office Management:
o Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and manage the office environment.
Requirements:
* Proven HR experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people).
* (Plus) Experience working in global locations.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Ability to adapt and execute quickly.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
