The TAFE SA Procurement and Contracts management team is on ajourney……
This re-energized team come from diverse industry backgroundsand display a genuine openness to fresh ideas and contemporarypractices in procurement and contracts management. They are seekinga highly reliable individual with superior attention to detail, toprovide high quality support to the Procurement and ContractManagement function that ultimately delivers value to TAFE SA
This role is a unique opportunity to work on delivering keyprojects and driving TAFE SA forward in their strategic plan. Your new role will involve:
1. Coordination and preparation of critical compliance reporting and dashboards.
2. Data gathering and simple analysis to contribute to strategic procurement planning.
3. Responsible for the provision of contract management and/or contract administration/monitoring services for low value, low risk procurements.
4. System administration of key Procurement & Contract Management systems.

8. The procurement and contracts management team are varied in their experience and tenure at TAFE SA - you will work alongside recent joiners, and long-tenured staff, who come from a diverse industry background, such as state and local government, energy, Defence and manufacturing
9. You will work with varied and high value contracts, adding diversity to your knowledge base and existing contracts management skill set
What you will need to apply:
10. Experience in undertaking research and analysing data such as spend patterns, financial accounts and/or supplier performance in a clear and concise manner to support decision making.
11. Experience in managing multiple priorities and making choices about time allocation whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
12. Experience in the use of an enterprise resource planning system, and general computer software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
13. Ability to anticipate potential problems and to redesign processes and systems so as to minimise their reoccurrence.
14. You will be a community minded individual, passionate about ensuring the delivery quality education for TAFE SA students
15. Demonstrated stakeholder relationship management skills, to proactively engage the wider department, and to achieved contract outcomes
16. Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessments required for this role, including a Working with Children Check
Remuneration:
ASO4 $75,430 – $79,070
